One word about color: The Fairy Home was actually built mostly in plain white with a few shy pink dots here and there. It's the special Light in the Glade doing that illumination on the build. No liability for discolorations caused by the environment!
Did I mention that all this Palace is Vanilla with absolutely no CC.? Base - game, folks.
Imagine yourself (or your Simself him- or herself) lying under the shading trees, green, green grass underneath your feet, blue, blue sky ... no, yellow-pink sky above ... I'd better stop before growing fairy wings!

Flowers, Garden. Time to tell the story of how Fairy Homes used to grow: The rare Fairy House Seed was only to be seen every 10 years. When planted, it rose 4 Cypresses that grew into a 4 Room House within 24 Hours. Today, the seed is considered extinct.

Watching the never descending sun of the Forrest Glade, watching those tiny little bumblebee-like fairies dancing in that yellowish pink light of Eden, have you ever come across that thought: Oh my, so beautiful here, but what can you do with a lot of the size of 15x10? Well, it is all right to put a pond there, seems this is all you can do.
(Now please unfold the melody of "Introduction or Sunrise" from "Also Sprach Zarathustra", op. 30 by Richard Strauss in your inspired mind ...)
NO, ALL WRONG! You can put a whole world onto that tiny head of a match -

Now after sunrise, I will cool down your mind with the cold facts of the build:
On 4 floors, you can find there in a flourishing garden 2 Sleeping Rooms, 2 Bathrooms, a kitchen, a minimalistic living room, and about 3 terraces, if I remember it the right way. Because of the rather mild climate in the Forrest Glade, no walls prevent your eyes from seeing through everything. All is fresh, airy, and natural. Fairies seem to like it that way. All nature guys, there.
The roofing proved to be a bit tricky, but the architect insisted, so after almost only 5 hours they found a way to keep the elf house with all technical equipment reasonably dry. In case of drizzle from the side, please just move the fridge and the stove to the center of the house. On the upper floor, of course.
Two things are very important about this all:

First, if you definitely don't give a sh...ot about gardens, plants, the fruits of the earth, sowing, and harvesting: buy another residence! Here you have to dig in the earth and snip and prune for all it's worth! You will be rewarded with always fresh, healthy, untreated food. Some attach importance to such a thing.
Secondly, you can of course put the hut wherever you want. In my case, it's actually in the Forest Glade, and no - unfortunately no -, I have no idea how my Sims can officially move in there. (Hey, EA, Creators - help!) So my cute fairy couple bought an extra fridge and put it there so they can store their harvest somewhere without being olfactorily bludgeoned by it right away.
Third, the build was not possible without cheats, and since I used them, I hereby officially force you to emulate me. Because:
If you don't enter the cheats into the command line ("Ctrl, Shift" and "C" pressed at the same time) BEFORE you place the building, then it could happen that the building then somehow materializes differently. And I dare say: not more beautiful! And also not more functional. Rather the other way round. So, please enter the following into the mentioned command line:
1. "testingcheats true" (You will receive a confirmation that the cheat is now running. If not, you have mistyped - just do it again!) ,
2. "bb.moveobjects on" (You will receive a confirmation that the cheat is now running. If not, you have mistyped - just do it again!),
3. "bb.showhiddenobjects" (You won't get any confirmation - that's okay. The programmer was tired of it, I think. If you GET some sort of comment, you probably did sth. wrong) , and then
4. "bb.enablefreebuild" (You will receive a confirmation that the cheat is now running. If not, you have mistyped - just do it again!).
With 1. cheats are activated in general. With 2. you get more freedom when positioning objects. With 3. objects are shown, which are otherwise not immediately in the menu, and the 4. point makes it possible to build on hidden properties.
