Evelyn Manor

Interior

The living room has plenty of space to gather around the fireplace, watch TV or read by the window, with an aquarium adding another cosy detail. Nearby, the library offers window seating and a raised platform with cushions. A separate music room, art studio and salon-style game room give your Sims more ways to enjoy their time at home.

The kitchen connects directly to the terrace, making outdoor meals easy, while a separate dining room provides space for family dinners inside. Smaller rooms add practical touches throughout the house, including a study, sports equipment storage and a pet room with feeding stations, beds and a dog bath.

Upstairs, the primary suite includes a walk-in wardrobe, private bathroom and its own office. The children share a bedroom designed for three, with a separate playroom nearby. Two more bedrooms, including one with its own bathroom, give you room for different family setups.

Outdoor

The wraparound terrace brings the living space outdoors, with comfortable seating and a barbecue dining area close to the kitchen. A gardening corner gives your Sims somewhere to grow, and steps lead down to a picnic spot on the lawn, complete with a blanket and basket.
