[PW] Desperado Coat Preset

This is a non-replacer coat detail you just equip in Coat Length for horses in CAS! 

It is a smidgen rougher than my other releases, but it's still nice to have and doesn't have any glaringly obvious bits glaring out at you. :)

This features HD hoof bottoms, built in hoof polish, and can be toggled on or off on any existing or new horses. For existing horses you should enable full CAS mode via console before trying to edit their genetics- I think Coat Lengths are considered a genetic trait but I may be mistaken.
