[PW] Loose Friesian Mane

Black mane with lower poly LODs and smooth weights. Very elegant and classy- very pretty with poses!!
-Currently under a cc thumbnail that says 'Bows', will fix in v2.


This one isn't recolorable because it's a byproduct of my experimentation with a hair tool and converting the results of the tool to Sims 4- it kind of fragmented the UV's in an unfortunate way, but it's fine on black. Hopefully the future hairs made with the tool can be non-fragmented.
