Wear Costume Tweak

Sims have now the wear costume self interaction available during Geek Con, Romance Festival, Spooky and Costume party events, bar nights and acting gigs. There are also more costumes available.

The mod also slightly tweaks autonomy for a better guest and host behaviour during parties.
