Upgrade Beds with Money

Makes bed upgrading easier accessible by reducing the required skill level.

Bed upgrades will cost money, but the skill level required is reduced to 2/3, so the feature easier accessible for more of your Sims.

 

Upgrade beds is a modular mod, but each module can be used on its own. It is not dependant on any of the other modules
