Please remove and do not use this mod if you are using 1.94 (Released January 31, 2023). This bug has been fixed.
This mod requires the Bust the Dust Kit.
This script fixes the issue with your Dust state being locked in place, whether it be permanently dusty or clean.
Technical Details
A change around the 1.91.186 patch caused Lot Levels to not initialize their statistic tracker properly. As a result commodities were not decaying nor were their states triggering loot. To fix this issue, finalize_statistics was called after the LotLevel class was finalized in the spin up service.
