Travel Bucket List Goal Tweak

Goals to spend a whole day in a certain neigborhood will complete after 8 hours instead of 24.

While I would not technically call this a bug as a whole day are in fact 24 hours, I still really don't find it fun to keep my Sim glued to the same neighborhood for 24 hours, especially when I have more than one Sim in the family. I also think that if you spend a day somewhere else, 8 hours is a more reasonable time frame for a day trip in real life.
