Fixes some bugs relating to trashcans with a lid, introduced with Eco Lifestyle patch drop.
What's new
For those who own Eco Lifestyle, you might have noticed random sims coming in the evening to rummage through your trash. This is because Maxis adding a scheduled situation that has a 50% of spawning every evening a sim to go through/kick over your trashcan, IF a trashcan is present on the lot. I blacklisted residential lots, as this just feels unintentionally poorly added.
