The One With All The Feelings

This mod doesn't do anything by itself, but it adds 32 new moods to the game. These can then be used on other mods, which would require this one to work.

This will be a requirement for most of my other mods, namely the ones in the Mega Interaction Series, like The One With All the Romance, The One Where They Are Friends, The One With The Loving Parents, etc.
