The Cowpoke Wrangler will prevent Sims from using any dance posture as a substitute for standing, for example maids and repairmen would sometimes dance while cleaning or repairing near a tv/stereo that’s turned off. Sims should only dance when specifically running a dance interaction.
If you have Horse Ranch, Sims will only Cowpoke Dance autonomously if the stereo is playing the Ranch Station. You can still manually Cowpoke when other stations are playing.
