ABOUT
Injects tending interactions into stalls to tend for sims on the active lot. Also added tests to prevent flip-flopping of autonomy pushing to tend stalls. I recommend having one stall on a lot or more only if you have more sims that'll end up tending the stalls; otherwise, sims might keep repeatedly switching stalls (haven't tested that bit out much)
Also works for Custom Venues/Getaways!
FUTURE PATCH COMPATIBILITY
It shouldn't require updating in the future unless the game changes a lot, which is unlikely.
