Stadium and Soccer Ball Changes

Fixes bugs related to sports in Discover University: The Stadium increases Fun need, Child SIms can watch games, and Child Sims gain Motor skill from the soccer ball
This mod fixes three issues in Discover University:
- Sims will now gain Fun from attending games at the stadium. There was already code for it, but it was bugged and didn't work.
- Child Sims can now attend games at the stadium. Previously, they were selectable from the “Attend [Soccer/E-Sports] Game with…” interaction, but selecting them wouldn't do anything.
- Child Sims will now gain Motor skill from the soccer ball.
