Spellcasters Use Scruberoo to Clean Themselves!

Spellcasters will use Scruberoo to fulfill their hygiene need.
This is a very simple gameplay tweak for spellcasters.
Scruberoo is probably the first spell you learn, yet autonomy was blocked for spellcasters to use it on themselves! I have removed that block so no more running all the way home after a jog for a shower-- just instantly clean themselves on the road!
They will not use it if they are in overcharge range autonomously.
This only effects the file for the Scruberoo spell itself. (spells_self_Clean)
This could be tuned to make it so they only use it at lesser hygiene, right now it's at -25, which is what was in the file originally. But since it's a low cost spell, I don't mind this. I can upload other versions if it bothers you, though!
