Slower Souls Journey Increase Version 2

Decreases the pace in which your Sims progress in their souls journey by 50 % because it is just way to easy to fulfill the souls journey, especially as you also get points for completing aspiration goals, not only bucket list goals. Considering the rewards you get from leveling up, this should actually be quite hard and not be achieved by just doing a regular day-to-day gameplay, imo.
