SimSure is a full insurance gameplay system for The Sims 4, now available in public beta. This version is still in development, so you may experience issues while testing. XML Injector is required for the mod to function.

Support is provided on Discord in Mod HQ, where you’ll also find user guides and a dedicated SimSure Info section. You can report bugs and issues directly on Discord for investigation.
SimSure Insurance brings a full insurance system to The Sims 4, giving your Sims protection against real household risks. With active coverage for House Fire, Theft, and Pet Damage, Sims can choose from four home‑insurance plans that determine how much protection they receive and how claims are handled.
SimSure also includes three Life Insurance plans, allowing Sims to secure financial support for their family when the unexpected happens. For everyday household breakdowns, the Complete Repair Plan covers plumbing, gadgets, and appliance repairs, keeping your home running smoothly without out‑of‑pocket costs.
Pet Insurance plans are already built into the mod but are not yet available to purchase until their gameplay systems are fully implemented.
SimSure adds meaningful consequences, realistic claims, and structured protection to your Sims’ lives — with more features coming as development continues.
