Insurance covers your appliances so that when they need repairing you do not have to keep paying the repairman repeatedly!
What's covered?
Cookers, Ovens, Hobs, Coffee Machines, Tea Machines, Microwaves, Dishwashers, Washing Machines, Dryer, Fridges
How to buy insurance?
Buying the insurance is simple from your phone, there is a pie menu select this and call our customer services!
Monday - Saturday 9 am - 5 pm
You will get a list of plan options to choose
Payments are automatic when you buy a policy the money will leave your household funds which are daily payments weekly payments Seasonal payments
Once you have bought appliance insurance you will get a notification telling you how the company works and you will also receive a plumbing cover trait which will add to all household members' young adults and over at the time of buying.
Missing payment
If you do not have enough funds when the payment is scheduled you will receive a message telling you we were unable to take your payment, You can make a payment by heading to the phone menu and selecting the payment line Once you pay via the payment line it will go back to automatic again
Cancel Policy
You can now cancel your policy for a refund, not sure why you would want to🤷♀️but the option is there
Need to book a repair?
Regular working hours Repair calls are 9 am - 5 pm Monday and Saturday
Priority appliances are Ovens, Hobs, and Cookers, and they will be repaired within 5 hours of your call
Any other appliance will be booked for the next working day
Emergency Repair Line is available
Monday - Saturday 5 pm - 9 - am Sunday 24 hours
Only priority appliances, including Cookers, Ovens, and hobs, will be repaired within 2 hours of your call.
you will receive a notification telling you the day and time of your repair
You will need to call during regular working hours to book any other appliances
⚠️ One thing to note is hobs, cookers, and ovens all have the same tags, keep in mind when you book these in for repair you may get a notification for any of them don't worry about it as they are all still repaired in the same amount of time⚠️
