Misc Mods - Sibling Care Tweaks - Main File

- Teens and kids will gain character values / child confidence when performing diaper or bottle feed interactions with their younger siblings (babys, infants or toddlers).
- Sims will also be more sensible in autonomously taking care of their baby's needs.

- With this version of the module, diaper and bottle fee will charge a flat fee of 3 Simoleons

Note that the main mod is not required for the sibling care modules to work. You can combine them however you like (you obviously can't use the no money version of this module at the same time as the cost money one, though).
