Give your Sims the chance to study, graduate, and build a successful professional career!
With this mod, your Sims can enjoy a complete educational and professional experience—starting as students and advancing to become professionals in the business world.
And now you can join them in person; all that’s required is the base game.
The mod features 10 levels of study and 10 career levels, blending academic training with professional development.
TIP: Each time you install a script, delete the "localthumbcache" file and place the script inside no more than one folder.
STUDY PHASE
The adventure begins when your Sim enrolls in the Executive Studies program.via their phone.
Once enrolled, they must attend classes according to the established schedule.
The game will provide notifications to let you know when it’s time for their academic day to begin.
You can choose to send your Sim to study on their own, or accompany them. At the end of the day, 100 Simoleons will be deducted from the household funds.
🎓 GRADUATION
After completing all 10 academic stages and finishing their final day of study, your Sim will receive a graduation notification.
Congratulations! They have completed their training and are ready to begin their professional life.
From this point on, they are no longer a student and can start looking for a job.
Important: Employment does not begin automatically upon graduation. Your Sim must apply for a job using the game’s built-in job system.
💼 PROFESSIONAL PHASE — EXECUTIVE CAREER
Once graduated, your Sim should use their phone and select the "Find a Job" option.
In the list of available jobs, you will find the "Executive Secretariat" career path.
They will start at the first professional level: Assistant Receptionist.
The career consists of 10 levels, each with its own specific responsibilities, schedules, salaries, and opportunities for promotion.
When it’s time for their workday to begin, you can accompany your Sim to the Executive Offices.(or send them on their own).
There, they will need to complete three daily objectives related to their professional duties.
Tasks available on the computer can be found within the "WORK TASKS" menu.
As your Sim fulfills their responsibilities and advances in their career, they can reach higher-ranking positions within the company.
🏢 BUILDINGS FOR STUDYING AND WORKING
To enjoy the in-person experience, two buildings are used:
Private University: A building dedicated to academic studies.

These buildings are downloaded separately and can be placed in different worlds within The Sims 4.
The system automatically recognizes the buildings by their names, so there is no need to enter any console commands.
It is important to keep the original names of the buildings and avoid having duplicate lots with the same name.
📥 MOD INSTALLATION
Download the mod and unzip the ZIP file.
Place the .package file and the CP_Runtime.ts4script file into your The Sims 4 "Mods" folder.
Install the "Lot 51 Core Library" (https://lot51.cc/mods/core-library), which is required for these activities to function.
Enable custom content and script mods in your game settings.
Download the Private University and the Executive Offices separately.
Install the buildings and place them in whichever worlds you prefer.
Restart the game and begin your Sim's academic experience.
Important: Both the academic studies and the professional career are part of the same mod.
