Where professional dreams meet the bills

A modern, elegant space designed to take any business to the next level—or, at the very least, to make it look like your Sims have their lives under control.
With its stunning aesthetic, this business complex is the perfect place to build careers, close deals, and pretend that a given meeting couldn’t have just been handled with a simple email.
Because in The Sims 4, professional success is great, but having a beautiful building where workplace drama can unfold is even better.
A place to conduct business, pursue aspirations, and discover that even a CEO can’t stop a Sim from staring at a wall for three hours straight.

What will you find inside?

Ground floor: Reception and archives

The company’s first point of contact: this is where visitors are welcomed, tasks are organized, and all those documents are stored—documents that, inevitably, someone will need just when no one can remember where they were put.

First floor: Office space

The heart of daily operations. Here, employees can focus on their work, advance their careers, and take the occasional break to enjoy a coffee, heat up some food in the microwave, or use the restroom. Because while productivity is important, so is simply surviving the workday.

Second floor: CEO’s office

A private space for the person in charge. It includes an office, a bar, a small kitchenette, a private bathroom, and a cozy waiting area for visitors. It offers all the comfort you’d expect for someone who likely has more decision-making power than patience for meetings.

After all, being the boss has its perks. Someone has to make sure everything runs perfectly while everyone else tries not to be late for work!
