Servo Lifestate Customs

Big update this time.  Robot Infants!  Child Sims able to download modules! (How well can they use them?  Who knows?)  Also, I've made it so you can just make any Sim a Servo using the Reward Store instead of entering cheats.  You're using mods, I assume you're fine with how game breaking this is.
