Royalty 3.6.1

Fixed a few things bothering some people! Wanted to include some more in this patch but my currently health state doesn't allow the energy for that.

• Stake can now be placed without footprint issue. Death is working correctly too.
• Fixed the power law
• Stopped sims from trying to auto-vote
