2.9.1 Patch

Fixed a lot of bugs that have been reported recently!

Restored missing titles of 'Prince', 'Princess Dowager' and 'Princess'.

Animals will no longer break the law.

Diplomacy has been removed to be reworked until further notice, this will fix the LE being generated by the diplomacy relationships for now.

The interaction to pickpocket market stalls will no longer display the a tooltip stating the sim is illiterate.

Fixed bug where all sims would stop moving when a Knight sat down.

Permission to marry code broke with one of the recent patches, has been disabled until I can figure that one out.
