Restaurants Call and Visit Tweak

Complete overhaul for visits and phone calls. In general, Sims will not call you while your Sim is asleep or very tired. Mix and match the modules however you like according to your owned packs.

This is the Festivals Module.

Your Sims will no longer be invited to restaurant visits if they aren't hungry at all (except for invitations to comfort your Sim after someone died). They also will not be invited if they are already very hungry or starving, because we all know it takes time to get your meal at restaurants in the Sims 4. They will also not be invited when asleep, exhausted or grungy.
