Replace Broken Object Tweak

Replace broken objects for free except for on your home lot.

When you replace an object on your homelot, that will now cost you as much as the original object did, because whenever I use this option instead of the repair (man) option, I imagine my Sims to just buy a new one and like to imagine the object was broken beyond repair so that you get nothing for the broken object (in real life, you might even have to pay to get rid of it).
