Five packages overriding seasonal effects/textures: Rain particles to have an actual texture to them instead of being sticks, less intense snowflakes, pond ice texture to finally be seamless and larger chunked to somewhat match off-lot water ice, window fog made to be softer while matching the painterly artstyle, and fall leaves that build up on lots to match off-lot leaves.

Won't need updates like ever.
