Fixes a Bug where Maids/Butler can't vacuum anymore, when their vacuumcleaner is broken

10.09.2025 - Reworked Fix to remove original Ressources (needs XML Injector now) and to stop a possible LE when all Household Members are off lot at work etc. and the Maid spawns. Added PlumbBuddy Manifest.
