Fixes a Bug where Maids/Butler can't vacuum anymore, when their vacuumcleaner is broken

Maid Broken Vacuumcleaner Bug Fix
When trying to figure out why my Live in Maid stopped using the Vacuumcleaner i found out that there is an ingame bug, where Maids or Butlers can't vacuum anymore when the Vacuumcleaner in their inventory is broken. Now they get a new Vaccumcleaner and this one has all the nice Upgrades bottomless Bag, Unbreakable, Self Charging, and Vaporizing Pulse.
