Plopsy & Books Ship Fix

Misc Mods - Plopsy Ship Fix

Fixes a bug where Sims were unable to ship to plopsy and sell books from the mailbox, e.g. when they were living in an appartment. It also fixes the bug that came with the pre Adventure Awaits packs and prevents your Sims from listing items at plopsy.
