Lost Legacies interactions restored! I also went back and fixed the xml that is responsible for spawing Emit in the park. I had thought it worked before, but it seems I was wrong. I also added in notifications from completed goals to appropriate interactions. To call the Royal Emissary just use the phone. She actually has three different spawning routines, but that seemed redundant. And nobody wants her following them anymore. Adding spawning tot he phone seemed like a good compromise.
