
This started out as me wanting Plantsim NPCs walking around again. That's it! We have Spellcasters, Werewolves, and Aliens walking around ... why not Plantsims? And it spun out into just all sorta craziness. The Sim Sessions Restored mod was born out of this too, but I spun it into its own thing since it had an overwrite element to it and it was finished before all of this was.
This restores as much of previous events as I can. Add a lot trait to any lot and it will spawn Plantsims and Day of the Dead NPCs. True to my other mods, I've removed all the filters, so they can be anybody. Ask them for Sugar Skulls or Plantsim Seeds. It's under "Challenges" since I don't want it to interfere with anything else.
I have Jasmine Holiday available to call from your phone, so there was no need to restore her as a walkby. She has literally every interaction she ever did. Get growfruit from her, every XP Boost, the Sugar Skull Display, Platsim Stump ... all of it.
Events from the recent past have their interactions restored by the lot trait too! They don't unlock anything and aren't in any order, though. This is just for fun. It's just ... whatever. Because I can, you know? It's THAT kinda mod.
Emit Relevant and other location Specific interactions:
Put the lot trait in Magnolia Blossom Park and it'll spawn Emit Relevant! So, if you've missed the event and want him to spawn ... there ya go!
To activate the right interactions for the plush the lot trait must be in Sylvan Glade or the park. Otherwise nothing happens.
Define NPCs
Add traits to define Emit and Jasmine if you haven't already spawned them. I've removed their anti-aging and immortality. I've also put back the removed GhostNetherworld and Lord of the Netherworld traits, even though they don't do anything anymore. No reason beyond archiving them. They actually have a todder age tag that goes undefined which is interesting. I do wonder what the "Lord of the Underworld" trait was supposed to be about since it's from the earliest version of the game and there wasn't any ghosts then.
Honor the Dead
As it stands this interaction is broken in the game. This mod fixes it.
If you have fully collected the Sugar Skulls you can access the special Reaper interactions after you "Honor the Dead" by clocking on the fully stocked Sugar Skull Display! But the lot trait has to be applied.
Egg Hunt
I have NOT restored egg collecting since that's been restored in Seasons. No point you know? I've merely restored the dialogue.
"Battlepass" Notes
CAN I restore past "Battlepass" events? Not really, no. UI elements are overwritten from one event to the next. I COULD make some LONG aspirations that utilize these interactions, though to recreate them. In theory. But. That's really ... tedious. I don't know about unlocking past rewards either, so it's a bit pointless too.
Requires the XML Injector to add traits. Although adding traits isn't required, it's just for fun.
