There's an interaction in the Parenthood game pack to help others fix bad relationships, but this doesn't usually result in the sims actually working on the relationship. For some reason, the outcomes are set to only result in a call from the sim saying they're working on the relationship if the conversation is going poorly when doing the interaction. If the conversation is actually going well, bringing this up will only result in friendship loss. That doesn't really make sense, so I swapped the outcomes to make this interaction actually succeed with better conversation context.
Once you can actually get to the proper success outcomes, there are still issues with this interaction. For example, when the sim you're trying to fix the relationship with is in the area, the target sim will go talk to them in person and there's a notification set to pop up saying they're working on the relationship, but the way it's tuned makes it impossible to actually show up, so I also override that. Also, once you convince sims to work on their relationships they always succeed in improving the relationship. That's not really an issue, but I thought it would be more interesting if there was also a chance that the relationship doesn't improve, so I added a couple more possible outcomes for this interaction.
