Paired Dancing Tweak

Fixes several bugs with paired slow dancing.

Sims will slow dance longer.

Moreover, failure outcomes (kiss, drop) will no longer occur completely random so they do make more sense.

I also fixed some bugs with the interactions while dancing, e.g. flirting during dancing not being properly tuned as flirting.

Overall, the paired dancing tunings were - like most of the My Wedding Stories - tuning, pretty messy and needed a lot of minor tweaks because of tuning oversights.
