Outdoor Retreat Plants Go Dormant in Winter Only

With this mod, Outdoor Retreat plants will grow throughout the year except for the winter season.

This is the Outdoor Retreat plants part of my modular plant growth overhaul called plantsdodormantinwinter. All modules can be used on their own and mixed and matched however you like.

If you also want a fix for the herbs in the public areas in Granite Falls basically being useless because they are never have enough time to grow, I got you covered here.
