<div>This mod fixes the issue that prevents lots with the&nbsp;<strong>Off the Grid lot challenge</strong> from being able to be loaded. This issue may affect other&nbsp;<strong>lot traits</strong>, but this is the first lot trait for which this error has been reported &amp; reproduced. The underlying issue appears to be that the code which applies the effects of the lot challenge is being ran before a "client" exists, which causes the error. This fix adds some more sanity checks around that and ensures that all the data exists before attempting to use/access properties of them.</div>

<div>Installation: This is a simple script mod. Simply download the zip file and extract the inner&nbsp;<strong>.ts4script</strong>&nbsp;file directly into your&nbsp;<strong>/Mods</strong>&nbsp;folder. It can also be put into a subfolder for organization, but as always, it&nbsp;<strong>must not be placed any deeper than one</strong><strong>&nbsp;subfolder</strong>&nbsp;or it will not work!</div>
