Occult Hybrid Mod

Create fully functional occult hybrids with stable genetics and proper Create-a-Sim support
What's new
Fixed an issue where the previous fix prevented hair from being copied to the werewolf form completely when the option was enabled.
There are still cases where it seems to suddenly stop working. I'm looking into adjusting the timing of when the hair is copied to make this more consistent.
