So here we are.  A basegame NPC Career that's mirrored in a pack.  Oddly the NPC career has a variable gender option while the actual one doesn't.  

I made this one like the actual one from Track 1 of the career from Seasons as much as possible.  Seemed appropo.  Join this an join the NPC Fisherman career.  Your Sim will appear in community fishing spots.  I eliminated a bunch of filters as well, so have fun putting anyone you want in this job.
