Disables NPC walkbys from autonomously swimming in open water – and especially from walking around in their swimwear through the entire neighborhood for said purpose.
Please note that this mod does not completely disable Sims in swimwear in the Fairy world, as there is a fairy house in Innisgreen that is solely accessible when wading through water first and Sims tend to go there often to do dance partys. Unfortunately, they change the moment they decide to go there and don't change back to their regular outfit afterwards. I did some changes to make this less frequent to my best ability, but I don't want to disable the fairy dance party autonomy completely.
