No Skill Gain Bucket List Reward

Sims won't earn skills faster if they progress in their bucket list.

I enjoy fulfilling bucket list goals, but I just don't like to play with a bunch of overachiever Sims afterwards that don't have to put effort in anything anymore.

TS4 is far to easy for players that come from TS1-TS3 anyways.

Nobucketlistrewards is a modular mod, but you can use each module on its own or in any combination you like.
