Disables NPCs from being spawned with a random six hour moodlet.

By default, each Sim that is spawned when they are not currently actively played will be assigned a random 6 hour moodlet. That moodlet can be flirty, sad, stressed, angry or anything.

I don't like that because these moodlets don't tie to the respective Sim at all.

All packages are separate, so you can also disable just certain moodlets you don't want, e.g. the flirty one if you don't like your Sim's friends to be randomly flirty when you invite them over for a chat. The same goes for sad/stressed/dazed/embarassed/etc. -  you get it, I guess.

If you also want to disable the random very angry NPC moodlet, you can get this mod. I guess EA added that for a little more chaos.

Compatiblity: Will conflict with any mod that alters these tuning files:

all buff_NPC_ tuning files (except the very angry one)
