No New For Rent Stall Vendors - Townie Overhaul Less Fame

With my Townie Overhaul Less Fame mod, celebrities will no longer invade all lots in your neighbourhoods.

The mod also reduces the generation of new townies significantly.

Sims that are required for gameplay purposes will still be generated.

The mod comes with several modules so you can temporarily get rid of modules if you feel you need more Sims of a certain kind.

Townieoverhaul is a modular mod. The most important modules are the main module and the nounimportant Sims module, so you should at least install these if you want significantly reduced townie generation and famous Sim spawning. Technically, you are still free to choose whichever modules you like.

This is the No New For Rent Stall Vendors module.

It will stop the game creating new stall vendors for the night market. It will only use already existing stall vendors. Make sure to take this module out in case there haven't been stall vendors generated yet, otherwise the stalls will end up not being functional.

I made this module because by default, the Night Market Stall Vendors have to be locals which would lead to the game creating new townies almost every time you play in the night market area.
