Seasons Mods - No Holiday Singing Social

Deactivates the holiday singing social as Sims always randomly choose a song which doesn't fit the holiday theme. I found it quite intrusive to have Sims randomly burst out into a random song every time there is some holiday going on.

Group singing will still be possible, that remains unaffected.
