High School Years festival notifications will be silent notifications for those players who get distracted by the constant sounds TS4 comes with that can be immersion breaking.
If you want the notifications to be gone as well, not just the sound, you should use this mod instead.
Nofestivalnotifications is a modular mod, but the modules can be mixed and matched to your personal liking.
