No Crossed Arms When Asked to Read

Sims will no longer do the random arm-crossing animation after being asked to read a book.

When toddlers do the Ask to Read interaction by either selecting a bookshelf or an individual book the adult they ask will cross their arms when agreeing to read. This animation seems really random to me in this context, so this mod just removes it from the interaction.
