Cold breath VFX fix for Ghosts and Vampires

I've been having fun playing with my Vampire + Ghost couple in that very appropriate Cozy Casket House in Ravenwood — a haunted starter house in the Netherworld that comes with a coffin was the perfect choice for them.

But there's one thing that bugs me: the random "cold spots" and cold weather making their breath condense. Those sims shouldn't have the cold breath VFX because they are (un)dead.

This mod disables the effect for every vampire and ghost, regardless of age, on every circumstance. That's it.

To be used with Seasons, Snowy Escape and/or Life & Death EPs.
