No Bestie Calls - Call and Visit Tweak

Complete overhaul for visits and phone calls. In general, Sims will not call you while your Sim is asleep or very tired. Mix and match the modules however you like according to your owned packs.

This is the No Bestie Calls Module.

Sims will no longer call you to become their bestie and be mad at you if you decline.

Also, the school directors daughter will no longer pester every new teen with their calls about the thrift shop and other High School Years activities.
