Stops Sims from autonomously doing woohoo.

I just don't like it when my parents head straight to the bedroom mid conversation with their kids on the dinner table or when the couple sneaks of for woohoo when I just directed them to cut the wedding cake.

The mod also stops the woohoo related objectives for onsen, hottub and steam room from being unfulfillable most of the time.
