No Autonomous Swipe

Stops Sims from autonomously swiping. They will only be able to autonomously swipe food, no other objects
For NAP(Neighborhood Action Plan)-based autonomous behaviour be sure to use my Sharing is Caring NAP Overhaul mod as the swiping caused by the Sharing is Caring NAP is not covered by this mod.
