No Autonomous Push Ups and Sit Ups

Stops Sims from autonomously doing push ups and sit ups.

It also makes the autonomous stretching animation a lot less frequent and your Sims will no longer get a pop-up for whether they should like fitness if they do it.

Note that NPC joggers will still be entitled to do push ups during their jogging round through the neighborhood. Also, the mod does not break the naturopath customers, you can still order those to do push ups.
