Lot Traits Turned Challenges

⏩ This turns all EA Lot Traits into Challenges so that you can select as many as you want. 

• ✔ The main module chingyu_LotTraitsTurnedChallenges is for all non-locked Lots
• ✔ Two other packages to unlock and turn the Locked Lot Traits from EP03 City Living and EP07 Island Living into freely-use Lot Challenges.
• ✔ I put a Lot Trait "Lot Traits Turned Challenges" without function so that this won't cause a UI glitch when there are no Lot Traits left when entering into build/buy mode.
• 👌 Main module is Base-Game Compatible
• 🧩 But you need to remove any packages for packs you don't own! EP? GP? SP? List of Sims 4 Pack Codes
• 🆗 They are compatible with all my other mods.
